Why can’t I see entire GUI in Halion Sonic SE ?
Make sure you have installed 3.4 version (or newer) of Halion Sonic SE. All older versions don’t support high resolution GUIs, that’s why it is crucial to have newest version installed.Why can’t I hear any sound coming from Halion Sonic SE ?
If MIDI data are received by Halion and volume level is set to default it is possible you have old version of Halion Sonic SE installed. Our libraries were designed for Halion Sonic SE 3.4 and newer, so make sure you have updated it.
Why can’t I see soft licencer container in elicencer control center ?
It is a common issue, especially on Windows 10. Please look at Steinberg’s page and find patch right for your system. This is a fix which works for many users.

Since all our product are digital downloads, it’s impossible to return a product. Therefore refund is not possible. All sales are final.
